AFSA is once again Back to School on 15th September 2012

Here comes AFSA Night 2012!!!

Young students at Boulevard Hotel at 7pm! Just the time afternoon session school ends! Our beloved "students" are queuing to sign attendance and pick their lucky number for lucky draw!! Guess what's the prizes?

After registration, guests are being led to 9th floor, where Wild Rice Restaurant is located. Our guests are writing birthday wishes to AFSA! How sweet.

Photo booth is awaiting our participants outside the coffee house. Erasers, pencils and chalks are waiting for grabs! Remember those colour pencils we used to have in boxes? So long since you ever lay your hands on colour pencils right?

Look at the clock! 7 o'clock is just the right time for school! Get in the school gate before you're late!

At 8pm sharp, here's how the night started with....

Wait! @@ What's happening? Sexy dances on the stage? Behold... Our emcees of the night!! James, and James Too!

Mr. Chong was saying this for serious: "Good student please do not imitate the action above."

The night started with a couple of words from Mr. Chong, UCSI University Head of Accounting; Ms. Elie Tang from Steven Lim & Associates; and our beloved AFSA president, Ms. Leo Jinyi.

Then, it's recess time! Everyone is craving for food!

Just when everyone is enjoying their food, someone is singing from down the stage! Jeff, semi finalist in UCSI Got Talent, brought to all members a song named "friend", for all the friendships and stories that happens in AFSA. Let us hope that more friendships are created in AFSA.

Next.... Tada!!!! Time for lucky draw!! The lucky draw prizes are sponsored by Steven Lim & Associates. Ms. Elie is drawing a number out... Who's number is it?

We continue with a surprise from AFSA! Big news!!! The launching ceremony of upcoming AFSA MEMBERSHIP CARDS!!! Can you imagine that?! First ever in UCSI!

The night goes on.. We have invited the finalist from UCSI Got Talent, Zealous and J-NY!!! Both groups have different talent and performed extraordinarily in the contest.

Climax comes from a production by AFSA Night committees and Ms. Bethany! Music video titled "AFSA is Beautiful". Enjoy and smile. We have all been growing together with AFSA, make some friends, sacrifice something, learn something, but yes, we grow.

We have games for the night too! One can't be sitting there all night long and just eat. Let's move our body together and have some digestion! ;) Show up the balloon fellas!

Now pass it around first using both elbow, then armpit, and lastly the neck!!!

Now, everyone was dressed so nicely! How could we not have a stage for a fashion show!! Each group was to send out a pair of couple to model for the best dress and best pose! All of them have fascinating costumes!!

The mischievous emcees were requesting for encore from the winner! In the end the pretty lady was too shy to do it again. So, awwww... No luck.

Thought lucky draw was over? Nahhh. We have still have other lucky draw prizes from Steven Lim & Associates. * drum rolls* We still have an iPod Shuffle and FujiFilm Instax Mini 7s camera waiting! Who's the lucky one???

Finally, the long anticipated camera!! Printed photo instantly!!! Lucky number are calling up!! But but but... There ain't no such thing as a free lunch, agree? Life is not about luck. It's all about the effort! We have luck, now make some effort to win it home!! 5 lucky numbers are drawn for the last prize!

Here's a game for the lucky ones to win their camera back home! All they have to do is to shake their body until all the 8 table tennis balls in the boxes fallen out. Everyone is ready with "must win" spirit on their face!! Gambateh!!

While jumping and shaking are madly happening on the stage, laughing is insanely happening down the stage.

Who got it in the end??!!! It's won away by Ms. Phoey Khee!! Congratulations!!! The prize belongs to her no doubt!! She wins it all!

J-NY is back on stage again! Lights dimmed out, then they sang, "Happy birthday to you~~~~" And so we sing along, "Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to AFSA~ Happy birthday to you~~~"

Next, we have our president up on stage wishes AFSA to grow stronger and shines, and leads the crowd to give a toast to AFSA (even without their glass of drinks).

Not having a glass in hand? Not an issue. Look at these two cheering so happily for AFSA.

Before the night ends, the very last performance by the organising committees! Surprisingly cool! Go go go organising team!

Then, everyone is together in the dance floor, on the stage, everywhere!! Dancing and partying hard!
